Membership Eligibility

Use of the Deluxe.com.ng Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Nigerian governing laws. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 16 years, you shall not register as a member of Deluxe.com.ng and shall not transact or use Deluxe.com.ng website. As a minor if you wish to use or transact on Deluxe.com.ng, such use or transaction may be made by your legal guardian or parents who have registered as users of Deluxe.com.ng. Membership on Deluxe.com.ng is free. Deluxe.com.ng does not charge any fee for browsing on Deluxe.com.ng However Deluxe.com.ng reserves the right to charge fee and change its policies from time to time. In particular, Deluxe.com.ng may at its sole discretion introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on Deluxe.com.ng. In such an event Deluxe.com.ng reserves, without notice to You, the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing services, as the case may be. Changes to the Fee and related policies shall automatically become effective immediately once implemented on Deluxe.com.ng. Unless otherwise stated, all fees shall be quoted in Nigerian Naira. You shall be solely responsible for compliance of all applicable laws including those in Nigeria for making payments to Deluxe.com.ng.

we believe that we have been able to serve you better. As part of the
management’s plan to expand its business operation across other states in Nigerian,
in a bid to offer efficient services to our customers from other cities apart
from Lagos, we would be commencing our pay-on-delivery service in Abuja and
Portharcourt. This gives our ordering customer in Abuja and Portharcourt the
convenience of paying for their goods at the point of collection. Deluxe online
store is poised at delivering peace of mind to our esteem customers no matter

Fast Shipping

Punctuality is the soul of business they
say and as part of our effort to improve on our services, most especially our
delivery time frame to meet our customer’s schedule, goods ordered from our
store will be shipped within 1-2 day of Monday-to-Saturday for customers within
Lagos state while orders made outside of Lagos state will be delivered within
1-3 days.

Free delivery in Lagos

We offer free delivery (order above 500,000.00) of goods or items
ordered from our store to our customers in and around Lagos state. For
customers ordering from outside Lagos state, a handling fee of 500 naira will
be charged for every delivery. Also, orders on fashion product will attract 500 naira handling fee both for customer in Lagos and outside Lagos sate.

Services Payment

Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Lagos, Nigeria.

If a product offered by Deluxe.com.ng itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Pricing/Typographical error

If Deluxe.com.ng comes across any difference in pricing resulting from typographic errors with regards to pricing or product information or unsatisfactory by deluxe.com.ng due to the mode of transaction, Deluxe.com.ng shall have the right to rectify the same or cancel the order(s) and refund monies, if any, within 10 - 15 working day. The mode of refund will be the same medium of transaction used in placing the order. Cash on Delivery order refunds will be done by cheque.

Cancellation of order

Deluxe.com.ng reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where Deluxe.com.ng is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the Deluxe.com.ng policy or for any reason. However, Deluxe.com.ng will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund(interest not applicable), will be made in reasonable time.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL Deluxe.com.ng BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF Deluxe.com.ng HAS BEEN INFORMED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
